How to become a member

Becoming a member of The Music Ministry is easy! Rates and discounts will vary depending on the size of your Worship Team, so all you have to do is click on the button below to get an instant, custom quote for your church! How is the monthly billing handled?

Everything is handled through PayPal. Once we receive and review your quote we’ll email you a recurring monthly PayPal invoice for the quoted amount, set to expire in one year. After that year you will have the option to either cancel or renew your subscription.


How do I set up accounts for each member of my Worship Team at The Music Ministry?

We’ll take care of that for you 🙂 Once your payment clears and your subscription begins we’ll email you a web form to fill out, including the names and email addresses of your Worship Team. We’ll then create custom profiles and automatically email their usernames and passwords to each of them. Ready to go!


What if the size of my Worship Team changes throughout the year?

Not a problem! Here’s two options to help your ever-growing Worship Team:

  • You can add one new account each month for any new additions to your Worship Team, free of charge.
  • You just held auditions and have multiple Team Members to add at once? Contact us directly and we’ll adjust your monthly subscription accordingly to help you get the best savings possible!
